Click search, then type in the file name, but run your pc in safe mode(F8 on start up) to find it, and then delete

You can run msconfig.exe from the Start Menu then search for that file in the Startup List and uncheckit. If you cannot start your PC becouse of this error, just manntain the Shift key pressed during boot to skip loading Startup programms, then do the msconfig.exe thing.

Only my desktop picture is there when turned on nothing else

Hi.
Based on the information you have provided, it seems that the issue might be due to the "Explorer.exe" System file.
This is the file which loads the Windows Explorer.
The Windows Explorer in-turn loads all the required Startup Applications.
As the Applications are loaded and the icons are not displayed, you may run the "Explorer.exe" file manually.
By doing this, all the Startup Applications should be loaded.
Steps to run the "Explorer.exe" manually:
1) Press the "Alt, Ctrl and Delete" keys simultaneously. 2) Then, check if you are able to view the "Task Manager". 3) Click on the "File" tab and select the "New Task" option. 4) In the Run command window, type "explorer.exe" and press Enter. 5) This command should execute the "Explorer.exe" System File. 6) By executing this System file, all the Desktop icons should be restored.
Hope this helps.
Please feel free to contact for further information and assistance.

I have a Dell Inspiron 6000 with windows XP, McAfee Security Suite, and a Verizon USB for internet. When I turn it on I get an error message: dlbcserv.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. ...

This error message is a result of your Dell printer software functioning improperly.
This is a 'quick fix' to get rid of the error message:
  1. click 'Start'->'All Programs'->Startup
  2. Right click on dlbcserv.exe and click 'delete'

PS: dlbcserv.exe is a Windows process installed alongside Dell Photo Printers and provides additional configuration options for these devices. Although it is not an essential process for the operating system, you should not remove & uninstall it unless it is causing serious problems and errors.Dlbcserv.exe is a Windows file created by Dell. The file is usually found in Program Files\Dell Photo Printer 720\dlbcserv.exe folder. If you find it anywhere else, Please note that dlbcserv.exe could be a virus, trojan, worm, or spyware. Scan your computer with an antivirus software to make sure it is not infected.

Keyboard\service.exe not found error

This is a virus that infected your computer. There is no "keyboard\service.exe" file in Windows. Your antivirus likely removed it but it's still trying to load up on start up.

Go start->Run and type in "msconfig"
Then go to the startup tab on the window that appears and look for that particular exe file and disable it. You shouldn't get the message anymore.

Also clean your harddisk wint an antivirus program

Explorer.exe Application error

Hi bj_bhuvnesh,

Whenever internet explorer crashed, you would see the overwritten message. The best option would be to upgrade the browser if you are not using IE 8. You can also copy or format and again install the windows. Create a back up and than format the drive in which you have installed windows files.
Check the below mentioned :-

Thanks for using Fixya.

Windows cannot find 'gphone.exe'

Gphone.exe is worm which spreads via instant messengers. It usually affects Yahoo! Messenger and Google Talk applications. Gphone.exe send a message and invites victims to visit a website. If clicked upon, the link actually delivers a copy of Gphone.exe infection.

Most likely you have a security program that detected and removed the threat but windows is still trying to load the file on startup, thankfully it isnt able to because the threat is gone so windows is displaying that error message to let you know it was not able to load the file.

Go to Start > Run> type "msconfig" and press enter. click the startup tab and uncheck the box that says "gphone.exe". (it may have a long file or folder path in front like c:windowssystem32).

Go to this website if you need further removal instructions:
