I guess the mower has about 100 to 120 hours of use.
there is a magneto, and points. to get to that, you need to take the magneto off the, which is undernearth the pull.
you can get the parts fro any home center, or any place sell the lawn mower. if you can't find the parts, go to auto part store and get a turn-up kit for old VW bug. all the parts in the turn-up kit will fit the mower and works.

being there, done that!

Fuel filling up the cyclinder, runing out the exhaust. Removed spark plugs and petrol came out. What is causeing this to happen?

It certainly sounds like the needle valve is stuck.
If it is a gravity feed fuel system and a normal carburettor it sounds a particularly bad design not being equipped with a petrol tap to isolate the supply when the machine isn't in use. Gravity fed designs without a fuel tap would typically place the fuel level below the engine inlet ports to prevent that potentially dangerous and/or expensive type of flooding. The surplus fuel would then run from the carburettor float chamber vent which if it presented any immediate danger would be piped away.

As part of the investigation and repair it would be a good idea to change the engine oil.

How to fix uneven engine performance when press gas pedal, on parking.and engine reach 3000+ rpm's engine start to sort of choke with uneven acceleration.

ok, sounds like you covered the basics with spark. I would check in this order; 1-Throttle position sensor, sometimes it wears out and you get poor signal back to computer, 2-clean MAF sensor, 3-check/clean IAT (intake air sensor). If this still doesn't help then I would check your fuel flow....but i'm thinking its your tps. Two screws will change that out quickly.

Theres a knocking /ticking sound on right side of 04 ram 1500

If you have not been too good about doing oil changes clogged lifters is very possible. There are many products to flush your oil, but what I prefer is to change your oil and filter , put in 1 quart of marvel mystery oil in place of one qt of oil, run for about 100 miles then change oil and filter again

2001 chevy suburban. I hear a humming noise from the engine. Engine ticks while idle for after a few minutes. Ticking goes away when I accelerate. There is a strong vibration when I accelerate in drive but...

Ticking sounds like a dry lifter, when was the last time you changed the oil and filter? Humming sounds like you need a tire rotation because of uneven tire wear.

A ticking sound on a 06 ford f150 super crew 5.4L

Ticking sound could be coming from a Coil-on-Plug, or a pcv valve, or (hope it's not) a valve lifter which could be sticking. Sticking lifter noise often disappears when rpm's change, or the noise comes & goes. try changing the motor oil & filter right after adding an Engine-Flush Treatment to the motor oil, running the engine for 10 minutes at idle with treatment added to the oil, then draining the oil & changing filter while oil is still very hot. That last part is very important, so be careful not to burn your hands - be careful. -- The sticking lifter is a likely cause if motor oil has not been changed at frequent intervals in the past (every 3-4K miles) -- dirty oil causes sticking lifters.

I had the valve cover gasket changed on my 1996

on a v6 ? Low on oil? rear cam plugs leaking? The lifters are on the end of the rocker arms and may get clogged. I have had some luck running 0w30 mobil synthetic for about a week or so with a new oil filter [Not a fram filter] and after that put 10w30 synthetic oil back in and a new filter. Check for oil leaking at other locations. If the noise is at the front of engine near water pump it may be the hydraulic timing belt tensioner.

Choking up

try lowering your oil/petrol mix ie 100ml oil-4.5l petrol (if premix), if not change spark plug to hotter grade (whatever plug number is go down a number)

when i put in the key and press the button to get her going she dont start. Ive tried it with alot of choke some choke and none and its all the same you just get the sound of the enigine trying to start. And sometimes when you press the button you get the sound and another sound coming from the exhaust i think which sounds like a little back fire of air. ive checked the oil which is just under max and the same with the petrol to.Probably just the plug and certainly the easiest/cheapest thing to swap out and test. Slightly concerned about this backfire type noise you speak of tho. Could be compression iSSueS.... I'm guessing it was working ok before it decided to stop? Ok....things the engine needs to run....and things to check.... Spark at the right time of the engine cycle - Duff plug, duff CDI, ignition/sidestand/kill switches, Timing out, woodruft key on the crank broken Compression - worn rings/piston - whats the milage and do you know if any routine maintainence has been done? Fuel - is there fuel in the tank. fuel tap in wrong position, float in carb knackered, inline fuel filter blocked, fuel filter in the carb clogged Mixture - jets in the carb knackered/blocked (unlikely as it was running before) If you've got those 4 things the engine should run! Start with the easy and obvious things...Check for spark first as this is the most likely culprit.,,,
