Might be it needed some Active X controls to download and install on your browser and your security settings are HIGH.
however, if you are using IE to open, try again with Mozilla firefox.
Please make sure that you have latest Flash player installed for browsers.

Hi you need to contact the system administrator from poxo and ask him to reset the permission I expect this will fix things? In any event you can then explain what's happening and they will help. As an aside here try removing the cache and cookies an or using another browser, this too may help, as it simply maybe using old settings?

just take it out of the system and reinstall the program because someone has your paas word ok and rememebr to back up your information ok if this does work you need a new copy by by harvey
