Question about Linksys WRT54G3G Wireless Router (WRT54G3G-ST)
He cannot go for a more updated router for 3G use!
THis is the only model Linksys makes which supports 3G!
(The WRT54G3G-EM can accept any 3G PCMCIA card and has firmware upgrades online.)
And i dont understand the concept of NOT working on vista!
You can setup the router with just a browser and also wirelessly!
It should definitely work on vista and other OSs!

2) I don't understand this question. If your asking can you be on the internet on your 98SE, and and another PC at the same time the answer is yes. That is what routers do, they let you have multiple devices online on your network, once you connect them of course.
3)It all depends on how far you are from your router when its connected, and coverage,etc..
What I would do, is go for a more updated router from Linksys all the 2007 models will have Vista compatible on them.
