Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

My dragon touch 7 inch tablet doesnt start up. the screen goes directly to white and it wont go from there

There are a couple things that could cause that. Does it still have sound? If you can hear the sound continue, it is likely caused by either damage underneath the screen, moisture inside it, heat/sun damage, etc.

Authentication problem. Reset wifi and tablet. Nothing is working.

An "authentication problem" means that that the wifi does not accept the wifi password that the device is providing, or that its MAC address may be on the exception list, not allowing it to connect. Verify that the tablet is using the proper wifi password for the system you are trying to connect to, and that you are using the same wifi security (WEP/WPA/WPA2) on the tablet that the wifi is using.

Instructions for Dragon Touch A93 9"

Just use Google to find your answers. Use "Android" in your questions, not "Dragon Touch", since most Android devices work the same and Dragon Touch hasn't published much info.

(Most of the Cookie Cutter tablets don't come with instructions.)

Sample questions for Google:
"How to zoom Android Camera"
"How to configure Android WiFi"
"How to upload Android pictures to PC"

I have a Dragon Touch tablet. won't connect to wifi after WEP is entered and accepted/saved.

Are you still using WEP security? Most devices today no longer use WEP as it is inadequate for serious security. Most devices today are using WPA2 security. If you are no using the proper security you will get an authentication error even if the password is correct.
