Viber downloads cant be delated

it needs to be uninstalled, not deleted.
By deleting you leave loads of entries in the registry and that is where it will look for previous versions.

However now that you have done this. If the uninstaller no longer functions in control panel, delete everything from program files that relates to viber.
Then open your registry (using regedit), take a back up of it (in case you delete something you shouldnt) using file/export.
Then using Find, find all keys and entries relating to viber, and delete the whole lot.
Then restart your machine to make sure you havent deleted anything important by mistake.
Assuming thats all ok, load you new version and it will be fine

How to Uninstall and Remove AVG Free Edition Completely?

I've setup a step-by-step AVG Free Edition removal plan for you so you can conduct the removal as soon as possible.
Uninstall and remove AVG Free Edition manually
* Locate and remove AVG Free Edition by deleting the related files, a trained software professional would better do this job.
* Eliminate the registry entries if you can.
* Delete connected directions.
By doing a quick search via the Internet, you can find out what files and registry entries need to be deleted. But this removal is only recommended for computer experts, for deleting the wrong file or registry key may render Windows unbootable.

Windows cannot find file csrcs.exe

File csrcs.exe is located in the folder C:\Windows\System32.
Program has no file description. The file is not a Windows system file. The application is loaded during the Windows boot process.
The program is not visible. It is an unknown file in the Windows folder. Program listens for or sends data on open ports to LAN or Internet. csrcs.exe is able to monitor applications, hide itself, record inputs, manipulate other programs. Therefore the technical security rating is 86% dangerous.
It simply means, "It is very dangerous"

Try these steps to remove it.

Click on START-RUN,
type regedit (it will open the registry editor)
Press Ctrl+F
type "csrcs" (without quotes) and click on Search It'll show you some results, where you'll find "csrcs.exe" delete it immediately.

Again do the same search you may see "explorer.exe csrcs.exe" , right click then modify and remove the csrcs.exe part (leave the explorer.exe as it is)

Hurray !!! you have removed csrcs.exe
Restart your system and see it for yourself
