thing I would suggest is a hard reset. Unplug the unit for a minute or
so. Then plug it back in, set the clock and try again.
If that doesn't work,leave it unplugged for maybe an hour.
If you still have trouble, consult your owner's manual. It will explain how any lock would work.
If for some reason you do not have your manual, contact the dealer from whom you purchased the oven for contact information on the manufacturer.

wait till 1:01am and then plug in the machine, that seems to be where the clock always starts from. That how i do it lol = )
