TOSHIBA a15-s1292 nOTEBOOK TAKE ABOUT 15 MINUTES TO BOOTUP

The notebook had problem so windows xp pro was installedBut it takes 10 to 15 minute to see application on the screen. Like to know what should I do to it function normal
