My friend has a HP 520 N. We replaced the power supply but the unit will not power up. When you push the power (on/Off) button on the front of the computer, the processor fan begins to spin for about a second and then stops. Then nothing happens again unless you unplug the computer for a few minutes and plug it back in... then the same thing happens. I thought it was the on/off power switch and we replace it as well, but same result. What is wrong with this thing???

Can someone please tell me the components of the touchscreen computer. I have an HP tx2500z. I have been told that the screen is actually composed of three layers: 1. The WACOM touch screen 2. A glass layer 3. LCD screen Are the three layers FUSED together at the factory? Or can I replace just the glass, or just the WACOM screen? Any and all help is appreciated.
