Well thats not a whole question however your hotspot must be defined as to talk to all devices or you setting up a key for only your devices.

Most cell phones have a built-in wireless hotspot option. On Android, go to Settings, under Wireless and Networks there should an option for Tethering & portable hotspot, setup the hotspot settings first, then turn on the hotspot, and make sure your 3G/4G/etc data is enabled, then have your tablet connect via wireless to your phone's hotspot and you're good to go. Go to wifi settings and click on the tethering option this will give you a pass code for others to connect
