Proline laptop How do I xonnnect my Wifi to my Laptop

Question edited for clarity.

Help and videos in the link, but best plan is to take it to a local computer shop for diagnostics and virus checking. The phone may have had a virus looking for a way to spread.

You should have given your model number. No one knows whether you're referring to a laptop, tablet or desktop. Does it have wifi?

look at the front edge or both sides on the laptop , it should be a button to turn on /off wifi

Google search for your laptop model, Windows version, and wireless drivers.

Just go to the Proline website and download the bluetooth drivers for the model of your laptop

update driver from the device manager

Try typing proline laptop into Search when you log into YouTube. Jimmy

You should go into the device manager and verify....

1) That the device exsits under the Network Adaptors Tree
2) If it does make sure its installed (no yellow flag)
3) Make sure that its enabled (no red x)

As a side note (and this is ussually the issue) most laptops have a PHYSICAL switch to completely 'remove' the wireless adaptor from the laptop so you don't accidently enable or use wifi.
Make sure that switch is in position to use wifi. 90 Percent of the time this is the issue.
