Question about Sony Handycam DCR-DVD105 DVD Camcorder
When using either the camera or the video recording, the viewfinder and LCD has no color. Looks like the picture is whitewashed, just black and white. New battery does not help.
Hi, this is a failed IC that is located on the Handy-cam's circuit board. Handy-cam prefers to do all there repair in house and, you will need to contact handy-cam for a repair ticket and the nearest location of a repair terminal so that you can send this unit off for this board transplant. It would be logical to repair this personally but, all parts are not available to consumers. only the handy-cam techs have access to the parts that you need at this time.
If the unit is no more than 3 months old, the repair is free.
