Hi,
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

SOURCE: How do we restore a Kocaso M766 to factory settings

From the Kocaso troubleshooting guide:
"If you set a pass code (or pattern) that you cannot remember, please enter the wrong password (10-20 times) until you are prompted to sign in via your google account. Please note, this will only work if you have already setup your google account on the tablet. If you have not set up a Google (or Gmail) account on the tablet, you will have to perform a firmware install, which will revert the tablet back to factory settings. My acer tablet screen froze after I accidentally deleted apps that I don't need. How can I fix other than buying a new tablet

First, try rebooting. If that doesn't fix it you may consider restoring the device to the original factory settings. A word of warning...restoring to factory settings will take the tablet back to the way it was when originally purchased. All passwords, updates, music, photos, videos, audio recordings, apps and so on added after it was purchased will be deleted. So don't do this if you are concerned about losing the aforementioned data and files. To do a factory reset go to settings and look for a restore option. It may be under something like system restore, device settings, back up and restore or something similar. Once you find it, it should warn you that your device will be restored to factory settings and that all post factory apps, passwords, data and files will be deleted. If you still want to restore your device follow the instructions. You will then have to set everything up from scratch as if it was just purchased. I did this with a Kindle Fire. After the factory restore I reinstalled my apps, added all my accounts (email and so on), downloaded all my books, music, etcetera, and it has worked great since.

Reset zte maxx

Master reset from settings menu

A master reset restores the original factory settings and may delete your personal data on the internal storage, such as downloads, ringtones, images, apps, contacts, and Visual Voicemail. It does not delete data stored on the SIM card or SD card.
  1. From any Home screen, tap the All apps icon.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Scroll to the 'PERSONAL' heading, then tap Backup & reset.
  4. Tap Factory data reset.
  5. Tap Reset phone.
  6. If your phone is password protected, you'll be prompted to enter your Pattern, PIN, or Password.
  7. Tap Erase everything.

Master reset with hardware keys

A master reset restores the original factory settings and may delete your personal data on the internal storage, such as downloads, ringtones, images, apps, contacts, and Visual Voicemail. It does not delete data stored on the SIM card or SD card.
If the device menus are frozen or unresponsive, you can master reset using hardware keys.
  1. Back up data on the internal memory.
  2. With the device turned off, press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons until the ZTE logo screen appears, then release.
Press the Volume down button to highlight wipe data/factory reset.
  3. Press the Power button to select.
  4. Press the Volume down button repeatedly until Yes -- delete all user data is highlighted.
  5. Press the Power button to select.
  6. Wait as the device resets.

Cracked screen kocaso M766 don't unlock,

The manufacturer does not cover accidental damage, but we instituted a program where you can turn your tablet with a cracked screen in (as long as you are still within your warranty period. The nice thing about this is that not only are we the least expensive route when you crack your screen, but you do not have to wait for repairs. We simply send a replacement once we receive your damaged one.
