Volume will not increase only have extremely low volume

Ensure sound on headset and on phone are increased. Some phones allow you to control volume on headset so setting to low on one while high on the other may offer poor experience.

My volume is to low regardless of adjustments. Is there another way to increase volume?

Adjust volume both on phone and headset. Sometimes the phone limits headset controls.

I have Nortel T7316E phones and Plantronics HW251N headsets. Is there a way to increase the volume for the mic so that the caller can hear us better?

The A10 direct connect cord used on the Nortel T7316E primarily will increase the speaker volume. If the problem is that your microphone is too low, you will need to use an amplifier, the M22. Remember that the amplifier needs to be connected through the HANDSET jack not the headset jack. Here is the link for the Plantronics M22.

Good luck from Headsets Direct!

Lost manual for BTH-03B1 where can i get a copy as need the factory setting pass code to use it again as will not register again

The headset has two buttons, one big (MFB) which does multifunctions inc volume + and one small which does volume -

To pair start with headset OFF and have your handset within 1 metre.
Press and hold the MFB for 8 seconds until the headset LED flashes red and blue. Its now ready for pairing.

Activate your mobile Bluetooth function to find and select BTH-03B1 from the list.

Enter the passkey "0000" when asked

When pairing is completed the LED will flash blue every 3 secs in standby mode.

To operate in use use the MFB to increase volume. You also use this to answer calls by press for 1 sec. or end call by pressing for 3 secs.

You can do headset to handset/headset and use the small button by pressing 3 secs to transfer.

INeed to increase the sound of Headset

There is no option provided with sony ericsson headsets to increase the volume as only one button is there in it which is meant to use for attending and disconnecting calls only. But you can increase/ decrease volume and go to next/previous tracks,if you are using a compatible blue tooth headset with your mobile.
