Question about HP Compaq Presario V2000 Notebook
I bought new keyboards for my compaq presario v2000 and dell inspiron 1501.
Now I'd like to exchange it instead of existing keyboards.
Any idea how to do it.
Here are teh steps from a toshiba laptop. I have acer and compaq laptops here with me and the process in both of them is very similiar, on both I would do pretty much exactly as it shows on those pictures.
the compaq one had a screw in the bottom that I had to unscrew on top of the other steps.
For the dell laptop you can get a service manual with step by step instructions from http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/ins1501/en/index.htm
after you have replaced the dell keyboard I think you will know and have enough expertice to replace the other brands keyboard also.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
