Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Select Print, and then "Properties"

Layout Tab - select Print Type: Booklet

Basic Tab - Select original size and then size of PAPER to be printed. 11x17 is standard 8.5x11 book when folded.

SOURCE: have a konica minolta biz

Hi, This is how to reset failure codes (F34, F35, F36). To reset failure codes, perform the following steps:

  • Enter the 25 mode (turn the machine ON, while pressing the 2 and 5 keys).
  • Select [1. software SW settings]
  • Using the arrows on the left of the touchscreen scroll to DIP SW 3.
  • Using the middle arrows scroll to BIT 1.
  • On the touchscreen select OFF (0).
Hope this resolves your issue. Thank you for using Fixya.
