I was supposed to get a 15% bonus from $20,469.00. I got a check for $1,538.92. What percentage is this? I know it isn't 15%, because only 10% would be $2,046. I want to be sure b4 I ask boss.

It is 7.5% of the original amount. Figure the percentage: divide the smaller number by the large number and you will get the percentage. 1538.92 divided by 20469.00=0.07518296 or 7.5%,

How do you figure out the percentage of a budget

The percentage is simply 100 x (things you are interested in / total).
So for example the percentage of foodstuffs which go, with the other things to make up the household expenditure (budget) is
100 x (amount spent on food) / (total household spend), or
100 x (food budget) / (total household budget)

DR9050C not removing blank pages

The scanner/Computer decides 'Blank pages' as a percentage of area covered. By altering this figure you can select 'Blank pages' based on your paper noise/background. To put it simple, keep percentage low for clean background.

I would like the percentage between these 2 figures 1,130 & 1,058

It depends on which way you want to go.
100*(1,130-1,058)/1,130 gives 6.37% so the smaller number is 6.37% smaller than the larger number.
100*(1,130-1,058)/1,058 gives 6.81, so the larger number is 6.81% larger than the smaller number.
