Question about Samsung Propel A767 Cell Phone
I bought my propel less than a week ago. It doesn't keep a charge. After about 12 hours it's down to one bar or dead. Brought it back to AT&T and they gave me a new battery. This holds a bit longer. Charge it when I get home after work until I leave the next morning. By the time I leave work it's one bar -- and I rarely talk on it. Have used the calendar (which I love) and that's it.
Your phone for an unknown reason thats hard to determine is draining the battery quicker than it should be which would mean your phone itself is faulty.
Could be a common problem with your phone model, could be a manufacturing defect on that particular phone.
Post back with any new info for further help but your phone may need replacing as trying a new battery is the only thing to try for this problem. Look threw your settings as there may be a power saving mode. That may be your only hope.
