Sum 1 has changed the lanuage on my tv cant get it bk to english

From home screen > Ok (menu) > Gears (settings and tools) > 6 (phone settings) > 4 (language) > English

Change the location here. If you have the problem still then try doing
the hard reset in the same location. Once the phone restarts, then
specify your region and language.

All you have to do is start your menu from the begining, in timing advance to the language menu(if possible refer timing with the manual) scroll down and select- Anglais, press ok, there you are.

Tap 'Start > Settings' (it is represented by a gray gear in front of an yellow folder. It should be the second item, from the bottom to the top, the closest one to the question mark, which stands for Help). Tap the second tab (standing for 'System') and search for an icon representing the Earth (standing for 'Regional Settings'). Tap over it and choose the language that better suits your needs, in the dropdown menu. Tap OK to save and quit.
This procedure won't change the entire ROM to the language you want, of course, but will allow you to better understand what is going on with your device, from now on.

sir if u want to change language of ur phone then go to main menu> tools> settings > general > phone lanuage > english good luck
