Question about Epson Office Equipment & Supplies
Yesterday I try to print something the computer say printer not ready. So I tried to cut the printer off and it would not turn off so I unplugged it now today I can not get it to come back on. I move it to a different outlet and it still will not come on.
Try to measure the voltage output of your power supply adapter using voltmeter..if it reads 30 volts. and a current of 1.7 Amp..
the power supply is OK..
then if the power supply is OK ..
i think there's a components or parts of your printer is damage because of the power surge ..when you unplug and plug the printer..
