Question about Kitchen Appliances - Others
How do I take the cover off a Heller box cooling fan to clean inside?
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: i have a Heller CD55
Sounds like a broken drum drive belt.. Ours does this about once every
6 months.. When it was in warranty the first few times we'd wait the 3
weeks for Heller to post the belt (and the second time, a replacement
overheat-cutout sensor, as I was getting sick of having to open the
back up and reset it) to the local service place.. Then I got sick of
that, and we just take teh 15 min drive to our local appliance parts
place, and pickup a 'CPD 7 RIB' (part no 0198300011) belt from a fairly
new model simpson dryer, which has exactly the same belt..
I probably wouldn't suggest trying it if you're not a home handyman, as it means pulling the back off, and disconnecting a few wires and undoing a few mounting bolts to get the new belt around the drum, but it's only a 10 minute job if you know what you're doing..
If you want to take it to your local service place, just make sure they realise that they don't have to go to the hellar importer to get the replacement belt - a current model simpson belt fits fine :)
PS, they're 192cm long, 1cm wide, 7 'ribs'..

SOURCE: heller dishwasher error 004
this error (004) means that there is an overflow....To solve it do this:
1) Disconnect the power to the dishwasher
2) Remove the left cover (to do it remove all the screws..2 are located under the top and 3 behind the front lower cover)
3) Dry very well the bottom plates where is the motor and the electrics wires.
4) The overflow switch is a floating contact, so check that there is no water under it. (You can check it pushing gently the contact).
Before reinstall the cover check that the dishwasher is working fine!
IF YES.....WELL DONE MATE YOU SAVED YOUR MONEY!
