You may take the following steps:
1. Adjust your grinder to a coarser setting.
2. With the machine switched off, visually inspect the steam nozzle to see if it is physically blocked (for example, milk may have lodged and solidified in the mouth of the valve). If it is blocked, you should be able to clear it with a small pin.
3. You may also need to prime the unit (to clear out any air pockets that may have formed). Make sure the water tank/reservoir is all the way in. Place a bowl under the steam wand (and if applicable, under the hot water wand as well). Turn on the steam wand (and if applicable, hot water wand) and let it run for 3-4 minutes. This should help clear any "air lock".
