Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

if you computer is very infected and you are not able to install the 2 antivirus i told, then do it on
another computer which is not infected. Then you will have to remove your hard disk from your computer and place it in the other one and do the scanning.
the USB antivirus is very useful you can install it in any computer you have it will protect you from autorun. it scan all usb and flash card also.

Avast also is a good antivirus which you can use.

i also suggest you to backup all your files, document, photos,etc.. after scanning. cause sometime you might get some error from windows. so backup and reinstall a fresh windows.

dont forget to reinstall the USB antivirus after.

2000 files infected? You need too format and reinstall your operating system.
You can try Holding down the f 8 key while booting up.Then choose last known good configuration.

If you have your windows install cd you can do a repair by booting off the disk and choosing repair windows to replace files lost.

Avast is trash.Get microsoft security essentials for your anti virus.

I am using windows sp2 os.i am not able to install avast antiviru

If the antivirus is not genuine but one thats downloaded from the net, then most probably it itself caries a virus with it hence your PC is rejecting it. Try to install a genuine antivirus and see the behaviour of the PC......sodeep

What in the H- is wrong with my computer?

the problem i think lies with the virus infection. if you do have an antiviru update it first and let it do the boot scan as some virus act like a windows files after the computer is on. to pacify this pleae update your antivirus and let it do boot scan and let it delete all the infected files. 2. If you don't have an antivirus go this link and download the avast home edition and use. i usualy recommend the avast antivirus. 3. With this download spybot search and destroy and let it scan for any spyware also. try it out
