This was most likely the oven liner "oil canning" due to thermal expansion. If the liner remained in this position, you will probably not experience the noise again. If it returned to it's original position when it cooled down, you may experience the noise again. Although alarming, it is by no means dangerous.

The arching is probably to the cabinet where paint is missing. This usually occurs at the edge where the microwaves travel into the cabinet. You can get microwave paint from your local appliance parts supplier. It's special paint that is non - conductive.

My samsung microwave oven is pouring out smoke when in use it made loud pop or bang the other night when using it and when i open the door gray smoke came poring out

Sounds like some metallic object was in the microwave oven when it made a loud bang. Was there a piece of aluminum foil or any metallic object inside when it happened? or the container you used, does it have some metallic linings or decorations?

Went to heat something up hit 30 seconds and microwave just went off..no power..won't turn on..

this is the normal way they die,,they some times go with a bang and some times go with a wimper,,this one went with a wimper,
its most likly to be a fuse blown but why did it blow??? they just dont do that unless there is a fult in them
however the fuses are not normal type fuses and trying to get to them your putting yourself in grate danger,, there is a very big capasitor inside the microwave its a real killer too, holding 1000,s of volts,,,,,,,,, tuch it,,,,,,, and your dead!,,,,,, be warned,,,

The oven sparks and gives a loud hum during use with plastic food containers. This scares my wife and mom terribly. I have an Emerson 900W microwave oven (model:MW8999SB).

It seems as though the container has a small amount of metal embedded in it ... don't assume just because it is plastic you can put it in the microwave.
Tip ... put just the plastic container in empty and try it. If the plastic get hot then it's the wrong type plastic for a microwave

Microwave leak

Cell phone frequencies (380-1900 MHz) are far lower than a microwave's output frequency (2450 MHz), so all cell phone frequencies will pass through the metal RF mesh in a microwave's door glass.

Your microwave is fine.

Loud Bang, then Light Stays On, Can't Cook

Something has failed in the high voltage supply to the magnetron. There are no user serviceable parts inside, but there are INSTANTLY LETHAL voltages present. Scrap the oven & get a new one, they are generally not worth reparing.
