My heart rate is 50 is that too slow

*I am not a doctor. If you are concerned, please see your doctor* Normal adult heart rate is considered 60-100 beats per minute (BPM). Athletes, especially those that are in an endurance sport, often have a lower heart rate because their bodies are in very good condition, and their hearts work very efficiently. Sometimes they can have a heart rate as low as 40 bpm. If you have been doing a lot of cardio for a long time, your heart rate may be low (good thing). If you are only going off of your monitor, I would double check it by counting feeling and counting your pulse for one full minute, and compare that number to your monitor, just to make sure it is accurate.

Lost instruction and can't work how to get calorie count to start

In my tips and tricks page is a link to get a new manual.

If you have all of your settings correct for you (ht, wt, etc.) then all you should need to get a calorie count is heart rate and starting an exercise set. It has to be on and measuring to provide calories.

Machine stopped mid cycle and green light flashing under green start button

Many modern washing machines display error codes if they detect a fault, but not all washing machines display a readable error code, some indicate an error by flashing, or lighting some of the lights.

Hotpoint, Indesit, Zanussi error codes

Hotpoint, Indesit washing machines and Zanussi washing machines are some common appliances that display coded error codes. On their more expensive models, they display readable error codes but basic models (without digital displays) use flashing lights to convey the error fault code.

If your washing machine malfunctions and you can see some of the lights flashing, or one or more option lights have lit up, then make a note of which lights are flashing and which option lights are lit. NOTE: the error code list engineers have only shows the option lights by number and not by name. Therefore you need to report the lights as LED 1 and 3, or 2 and 4 etc. and NOT "delay timer" and "extra rinse". Count the lights from the left (or from the top if in a column) and report as "led 1 and 3" etc.

No Option lights?

With basic washing machines that have no option indicator lights, count the number of flashes. For example, the door locked indicator may flash 7 times, pause, and flash another 7 times in a constant cycle which would indicate error code 7.

This information is vital, and needs mentioning when reporting a fault.

It appears my F6 monitor is not keeping accurant time on calories and heart rate. I like the watch but while checking my sitting heart rate is very low. When checking the heart rate on a blood pressure...

First you need to understand that the Polar system is a medical grade device and it is calculating calories based on specific information that you have inputed and heart rate data from your heart.

Most treadmills and other exercise machines use a much simpler counter that is height and weight based to calculate calories and are generally over generous with their numbers.

Depending on the blood pressure machine you are using, the pulse (not heart rate) is coming through the brachial artery, again not quite as accurate as measuring r-r variance from your heart. There is a ton of literature you can read if you are into the accurateness of the system, but I will sum up with saying that you actual calorie expenditure will be closer on the Polar than on most other devices outside of a hospital. As too the heart rate this is also true, so more likely you are getting inaccurate numbers from the other devices.

If you want pinpoint accuracy then you will need to use the Polar RS800 or S810 devices that measure and display true R-R.

Microwave doesn't work

Sounds like you have a faulty control panel. I would use a meter and test the power from the control board to the magnetron and circuit board. Chances are the control panel is faulty

Viewing Time in Exercise Mode

Bring the watch up close to the chest-strap heartrate monitor, and it will automatically display the time. This only works while in exercise mode.

F6 problems

I just purchased one as well and may be returning it, I don't believe it has a stop watch, which is incredible at this price point as it's a pretty basic feature.
