Use the screwdriver that is supplied and removed the right side of the body. Check the gear on the motor shaft had slipped up the shaft and was not meshing with the bottom rotor gear. slide the motor gear down into postion, and install the right side of the body.

Mostly all the micro copters problem are the battery and the the pinion gear that's been worn out.
Check both of these part. Battery should at least gives out 350 mili amp. and the gear should touch the propeller shaft gear at the bottom of the copter.
Get a lithium ion battery for more power and longetivity.
