Start up

Hi there.
First off go into the bios and check to make sure the DVD/CD drive is recognized, if it is look for the boot order and set the first boot device to the DVD/CD drive, hit F8 to save the changes and exit the bios.
The computer will restart and hopefully now it will boot from the CD and you will be able to proceed to install the operating system.

Enter the bios and change the boot order to CD first HD second. With your operating system CD in the reboot your computer and watch the screen press any key to boot from CD. Do so.

Do you have any other cds? might be the wrong cd. or the cd might not be startable / bootable.

try another disc and check that the computer is set to start from the cd drive.
