Question about Hotpoint Washing Machines
Hi I've got a Hotpoint BHWD129 washer drier that is about 18 months old. I hardly use the thing, once a week at the most for the washer and I've used the drier a total of about 20 times. Yesterday after washing a load i emptied half of the items out and put on the drier - after about 4 minutes the drier stopped and the lights on the front panel started flashing. This model has 5 buttons in a horisontal line (1200/600) (Extra Rinse) (Super Wash) (Eco Wash) (Start/Pause) all of these lights are flashing at the same time. There are also 6 additional 'program' lights that run sort of vertically but which don't have buttons assigned to them - these light up depending on what program has been selected. These lights just stay as they should be when the other lights are all flashing. I've looked all over on-line and come to the conclusion that all 4 lights flashing is error code F15 - "Dryer element relay faulty". Although it could also be F15 - "Water is not being pumped out and a flood condition could occur. Check that the drainage hose is raised to the recommended minimum height and that the pipe is not blocked." depending on if I have an EVO1 EVO2 EVO4 or standard model. My first puzzle is how do I find out which I have? I think it's EVO1 as there is a /1 at the end of the model number. Then next puzzle is what do I do to repair it? I'm pretty confident with all things electrical, I'd even be happy replacing the relay - but where is it? I've found 4 relays on the main circuit board but how do I know which of the 4 is the right one? Any advice or guidance is very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I removed the three screws, and lower cover cleaned the few pennies, screws and nasty gunk build up from the filter. The wash machine seems to function as it did prior to the clogged issue. Thank you everyone !!!
