Question about Samsung Televison & Video
On my Samsung UN50F6300 LED Smart TV: The whole screen works when I'm using the smart menu, playing video games, etc. But when I try to stream content from Amazon or Netflix the picture USUALLY doesn't take up the whole screen- there is a 3in. black bar running down the right side. I say "usually" because sometimes the picture switches back and forth between full screen and this other setting. I tried to reset the picture size manually but the menu says that picture size settings aren't available. Any suggestions?
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
