Can't find model11066922500

Hello;

My name is Peter. I am a retired field service appliance technician.

Your heating element is difficult to get at.

This heating element is rated at 5500 watts.
This Dryer Heating Element part #3387747
Cost: $59.00

It is located in side the housing.

You may just be plugged up with lint in your hot air distribution manifold.

Or have a bad high temperature limit switch located on the back on your hot air exhaust manifold.

My Frigidaire Dryer (Model #FASE7073LWO has a error "E63" listed on the window. What error is this in reference too?

I appreciate your post, Aeraci Los Fresnos!

From the information you have provided your Frigidaire dryer is providing an error code of "E63". The "E63" code stands for heater to earth has been grounded, this could be a possible issue with your heating coil or connector. I would recommend performing a reset on your dryer and you can do that by flipping the household circuit breaker off for roughly ten minutes this will help clear out any miscommunications. If you continue to experience an issue with the "E63" error code I would suggest consulting with a professional technician come out and provide an accurate diagnosis for repairs. Best of luck! -OOS

Model 790.96009601 I replaced the heating element that burned out. New heating element does not work.

The replacement heating element could be defective, not burned out. Also, the replacement element could have been installed incorrectly.

Replaced heeting element, and the outlet thermal regulator. i turn the dryer on and it runs for ten seconds and quits. could it be the control assy?

I would first take the whole thing apart and check for a lint build-up somewhere in the ductwork inside the machine. This is not really connected to the filter screen you may have that is supposed to be cleaned before each use. This has to do with lint that builds up in the sheet metal or plastic pipes inside the machine, or the ductwork that is between the back of the machine and the outside air.
In the last 6 months, I have found 5 machines that were almost completely plugged up inside with lint, causing this same pronblem.
Be blessed.

How do you replace the bottom heating element

Turn off power to oven, remove two screws on heating element mount, pull heating element from wall of oven, remove two screws connecting electric leads to heating element.

To install new element, reverse steps. Make sure screws connecting heating element to wires are very tight -- otherwise they will arc.

Removing oven element to install new one

Turn power off at service panel (220 volt circuit breaker). Remove screws from heating element mount on wall of oven. Pull heating element from wall of oven far enough out to see the where the wires/lugs are screwed to the heating element leads. Remove these screws. Replace element. Make sure screws on heating element lugs/leads are tight -- if not tight, arcing will occur.

How do you replace the heater coil on this unit

First of all you did not even begin to mention a model number. They are not all the same. Having said that the concept of changing a heating element is pretty much the same for those with through the lower tub mounts.

1. Turn off all power to the unit
2. Open the lower kick panel
(It is usually in 2 pieces) The top piece being fixed and the lower piece being adjustable to the floor. Remove BOTH panels.
3. Locate the 2 heating element terminals that pass through the bottom of the tub and disconnect the wires.
4. Losen the retaining nuts on the heating element. Push up on the elment to make sure it is free before totally removing the nuts.
5. Remove the nuts and then lift out the old element by opening the door and lifting out the element.
6. Note the position of seals and washers on the OLD element
7, Assemble the new element with the tub side seals and washers. Leave the under side washers off until after you place the new element in the dishwasher.
8. Install the underside seal and washer then install the nuts loosely.
9. Check the position of the element inside the tub. (Align as necessary)
10. Tighten the heating element retaining nuts on the under side of the tub. (DO NOT over tighten as you can damage the element.)
11. Install the 2 heating element terminals makeing very sure the connections are TIGHT. A loose connection will cause the new element to fail prematurely.
12. Connect power and test for leaks.
13 Leak test complete install both lower kick panels.

Task Complete!

Toaster no longer heats. Can I purchase the heating element and install myself?

mcdevito75 here, Chances are the heating elements are soldered in on the toaster and may take special tools to fix, if the heating elements sre burned out, maybe better to get another toaster.
