I have lost my nokia 6233 which's IMEI NO:354827025928290 so i want to know aboute thief user mobile no & i may be want to blocked the handset if any system if u have
The only person who can view your phone's location is the carrier that you use. Even then, it's still a slim chance that they can, even if they comply. Report it as stolen to the police. Inform them that your phone has GPS capability and that you can provide details to the cellular company.
It's likely that you'll have to give up pursuit and just buy a new phone though :(.
