How do i Reinstall my sound?

If you have the CD, reinstall the drivers using the CD that came with the hardware. If you don't have the CD, then you're going to have to visit the hardware manufacturer's website. Follow the link that usually is labeled "SUPPORT". Find your exact equipment using the model number. They usually ask you to select the Operating System, such as Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7/8. Select your operating system and click on the link that appears. Once downloaded click on the file and this should jump start the install process. You probably need to reboot once that has completed and viola... your sound should work once again.

I have lost all sound from my pc. All diagnostic tests show drivers are up to date and devices working properly but there is no sound!

If you know exactly when the sound went out...I would try a system restore. This is undo any software that has been installed or uninstalled but shouldn't affect any files you have created. To do this on windows go to start->all programs>accessories>system tools>system restore, and follow the directions on screen from there. Hope this works.
