You should check your power supply for proper voltage output first. Check for at least 110v. The following video will show you how to use a multimeter.

No I believe that switch is the problem your Tectrix PC Is part of Cybex International and their phone # is1-800-677-6544 now if they do not have this part then call National Gym Supply @ 1-800 496-7278 the Personal Climber and The Climax ( commercial unit) uses the same switch assembly.

Need to find part numbers for bearings on a tectrix personal climber stair stepper machine


Those are always marked on the bearing shield itself. Look for a number that looks like this: RS 6802 RS or 6104 R.... it will be a letter/3 or 4 digit number/ letter combination.
