Remote will not turn on
Check the remote control for its infrared emission. Check it with fresh batteries.Check and clean the battery contacts inside the battery compartment, for any rust or dust accumulated, which prevents proper battery connection to its terminals.Clean it well, before inserting batteries. If you are using a universal remote control, you have to set it up with the set-up code to your TV brand, otherwise it won't work properly.
