Icemaker tuns but ice does not drop out

samsung side by side fridge freezer rs21dcsv the icemaker fills, turns, but the ice does not drop out. it returns then overfills,
can anyone help.

OK the reason the Ice isn't dropping is that the element under the icecube tray isn't working. You'll need a new Ice tray with element I'd be guessing, but see how you can buy it. Some models you need a whole new ice maker. Cheers
