Question about gmail.com
When I tried to logon to my email addr., firstname.lastname@example.org, you said there was no such email. So I went thru the hassle of creating a new acct., then changing the email name from efgalton.gmail.com, which you stuck me with against my will, back to my real addr., email@example.com. Now you tell me that someone else has the email addr. firstname.lastname@example.org. Of course! that someone is me! How do I fix this screwup? Eric Hand

You should try to open the gmail account that you prefer. I take it you password isn't working.
1. Enter your username.
2. Instead of entering your password, click on "Need help?"
3. The next page will help you get a temporary password, and then you can change your password to a new, permanent one.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
