Within a few seconds after turning the frame on or pushing the reset button frame shuts off
This sounds like a setting issue on the photo frame. You should check for a timer for screen time on the frames menu.

The primary software is going to extract all the images, put only the images you want on the card, then insert into your picture photo frame.
