OK as you can c in the picture below you got 3 tabs.
Listing the startup items, command and location. What i would advise you to check under the comamand and under the location to c what is the startup item all about. then from there i would say leave all youre drivers in there along with all youre wanted and windows applications and software, the unwanted stuff you can all tick out. hope this helpes

Restart the computer and keep tapping F2 function key on Dell logo. Under Boot option ensure boot list option set to LEGACY. You can change the boot order and press F10 to save the setting and choose Exit.

Or you also have the option of selecting each download Manually. But, if you choose to do it maually, you will have to know EXACTLY which hardware Model to choose. There are sometimes more than one listed. ok?

This is true that you need to press the right buttons at the right time or else it will not work.
Please make sure no changes have been made to the computer and its Hard Drive.
Follow the instructions as under:
Make sure the laptop is properly turned off.
Connect the AC adaptor and turn on the laptop
Immediately press the "Ctrl" key and while keeping it pressed start tapping (keep hitting) the "F11" key you should get the Restore screen with various options to restore and repair the computer.
