you may be using too much heat. if you can cook with less heat and slower- this usually helps. If it was cheaper non-stick cookware you still may need to use a small amoutn of oil.
if you have burned the pan or used excessive heat i would recommend replacing it.

yes you can replace it although they are hard to find through places like QVC some others have instead went the route of going with kitchenaid which are just as good but alot easier to find. If you have any further questions message me back

p.s According to the QVC web site Cooks Essentials is made in Spain, Thailand & China so finding the exact may be tricky hopefully you do not have the red due to this color seems to be the most troublesome for all.
