Linda. I know nothing about this washer, but I did get this info from the attached link, you may still have to call a tech.
Put into diagnostics (left, right, right, right, left, right) @ done you see errors, @ spin you run calibration(this will clear codes and reset board). good luck

So when you say it's not pumping all water out, is there still water standing in tub or no water standing and clothes are just sopping wet? Is machine spinning? If not spinning, could be actuator that shifts transmission from agitate to spin.

The power comes on, I can select a cycle the sensor comes on but the dryer will not start

It is likely that the motor start capacitor has failed. This is not uncommon. You will need a serviceman if you do not feel able to replace it.

Whirlpool wtw6400sw0 washer-already replaced control module and user interface, still spins unbalanced, can I reset it somehow or calibrate it?

Please see the following Whirlpool installation and maintenance PDF on Cabrio washers. An F1 relates to a "primary control failure".

It also has a very extensive troubleshooting section.

I replaced the water pump on WTW6400SW2 cabrio washer twice already within the last two years. This unit is only three years old. Do you have a solution to the problem?

What was the reason. Pump Motor electrical coil failure ? or water impeller failed. If motor problem, you have to check the associated small capacitor also.Hope no water finds way to the motor.

I am having trouble with my Bowflex TC5000. The calibrations is failing. The treads aren't moving but the monitor is trying to calibrate.

The motor must move the drive pulley for calibration to pass. remove rear covers and check drive belt. you should hear the lwr board relay click to engage the motor. if you hear it and the motor does not move and you have checked the belt then you need to test the motor. Typically remove the belt and turn by hand...it should be very smooth and spin freely. If not replace the motor. Direct 9 volts to the motor leads unplugged from the board will tell you if the motor is good. be careful as capacitors are present and risk of shock is always possible. capacitors stay charged for about 10 mins after unit is unplugged
