Question about Kenmore 70172 Gas Commercial Dryer
I had a guy come over to fix the little door trigger so the dryer would turn off when you opened the door. About 3 hours after he left, my wife went ot use it and it won't start at all. I checked the outlet, the circuit breaker but got nothing. Is there something he would've done like a manual shut off or reset I need to find?
Do you mean you checked the outlet and breaker and that wasn't the problem, or you have no power there? I can't imagine anything the servicer did that would have required shutting off the power, only to unplug the dryer. The door switch probably isn't working still and the machine won't run because it thinks the door is open. Call the servicer back to check. You should be covered by some kind of warranty for the repair parts and labor.
