You will very likely want a MyGov account to which you can add various departments like Centrelink and reach them all via that one site. The is also an Express app available for phones which may allow you to submit information. The pages above should supply you with relevant information. I think you can also report by phone call via a "robotic phone call system." This CAN number is on the card Centrelink provided you.

Can I view my centrelink account to see credits and debits please.

Go to MyGov and set up your centrelink account there. It is the latest idea from our government. (use your customer number and add a password) Write down your password and put it where you can get it easily if you forget. (Under a magnet on the fridge, or on a filing cabinet).
Or:
Go to Humanresources and click on Centrelink. Log in and check your payments for 2014 - 2015. They should be there. Also, you should be receiving Centrelink online letters to let you know of any changes. You can also check by logging into your bank account. Set up a username and password with your bank online.

Centrelink login online

Don't post your personal details on this public forum, there are lots of ratbags out there who would love to hack you.

I am going to assume you are in Aussie like me (and not Canada or somewhere)

Now firstly Centrelink online is not available 24/7, so you might just be trying at a time when they are doing dusting and cleaning coffee from their keyboards or something. These are the uptimes

http://www.humanservices.gov.au/customer/enablers/centrelink/centrelink-online-accounts/service-availability

Then if you forgot your password (I do that constantly as I have several) you can follow the "forgot" link here

https://my.gov.au/LoginServices/main/login?execution=e1s1

If you can log in but it then all goes South try here

http://www.humanservices.gov.au/customer/enablers/online-services/guides/

and if it just doesn't remember you at all nohow, try here

Good luck, I am a Centrelink hangout too

Log on centrelink online

yes and no. Go online to centrelink and ask them to call you back on their contact page with a mobile phone number as they will not do anything online and most likely will once they have you on the phone and confirm your identity and will help you. The reason is how long it takes on hold to get through to centrelink other wise wait on hold for 50 minutes on the phone or longer.
