Question about IBM IntelliStation M Pro 6218 PC Desktop
Three of them all having the same problem
Have you tried any troubleshooting? It is most likely the System board or power supply. You could take a known good power supply and swap it out to see if it will turn on, if not it's the system board.

You have the solution given the fact that the IBM netloader wants to be subordinant to a loaded OS on a different drive acting as server when used on a thin client like the Intellistation. Unless carried as a portion of the registry of an MS OS, XP or Vista will drop it unless registered with a NetUpdate as a standing part of the registry. But most sysops conduct updates without all clients active so that some will inevitably be dropped, which is why the best strategy is to conduct updates on Off Hours when all clients can be up without human interaction, impossible during the workday, unless you deactivate an entire set of nodes for the purpose.
Run a reregistry while the Intellistation is on and active but without an operator and your problem should disappear more permanently.

It helps if you give the right specification - the W11 is the 6221, not the non-existent 6121.
You have 2 x 2.4 Xeon in a Socket 604 package. The only CPUs these could be are the Tigerton - it certainly does support 64-bit operation, as well as VT.
You have little choice in processors - Tulsa, Tigerton and Dunnington.
The Tigerton is a little ripper! 2 x 4MB on-die cache, 1066 internal FSB, wide voltage range and low power consumption (80W).
You have a 4 processor 64-bit box - if it isn't poweful enough for you (and I can't see why - I run 50 concurrent VM users on less), you can only go to the 2.93 Tigerton as an upgrade. The other CPUs have more horsepower, less torque!
Don't get hung up on processor speed - for 64-bit big cache rules.

To confirm if your external vga card is defective you should turn off your pc then remove it, then turn it back put your vga cable from monitor in the built in vga port in you pc. or else after turn on press numlock twice or more if its work then external vga is the problem.

I've just added an *nVidia GeForce 7950 GT 512 MB AGP 8x* to a ZPro 6221 running Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit with no problems. Aero looks good.

Try searching eBay first, you may actually get lucky and find someone selling just the case. I own a computer repair shop and from time to time i actually have to do this myself, as some computer cases are hard to come by.
