If the clock is showing time you may have accidently knocked the auto button this will shut off the power to both ovens until the timer times out you must press the manual button it usually has a little hand printed on it. If you do not have any lights on the clock or oven it may be due to
1. a blown fuse or tripped power supply
2.Thermal cut out tripped or failure
3.A broken live or neutral wire isolate the power before doing any continuity tests.
4. A faulty timer.

Is not working

The plug is either not getting power or is broken or dirty. Test to see which. Put meter leads from a multimeter into the socket and see if you get any voltage. Turn off the power to the stove and open the back panel and after turning power back on, carefully test again with the multimeter. If no power is coming to the socket, trace the wire to see if it is connected to a power source. If it is then change the socket.

Have a bulb broken off inside socket in gas oven..cannot remove..need help

power down at the breaker or unplug the oven, then if possible you can remove the lamp cover and shell from the rear oven wall, then most lamp bases have spade terminal connections unplug these remove the whole lamp base with the broken lamp, remove the broken bulb base, then check the center power tab inside the lamp base to make sure it isn't flattened out too much, otherwise carefully bend it upwards to make sure it makes contact with the bulbs base then re-insert the terminal connections and new bulb into the opening at the rear of oven, then replace the bulb, but,do not over tighten new bulb as this leads to non operation due to heating

Hit "bake" or "broil" button and temp setpoint

This Error indicates a loose/broken wire on the oven temp sensor or the oven temp. sensor itself is bad and should be replaced. To solve this issue test the oven temp. sensor, it should read between 1080-1120 ohms, if the rating is more then that and the door appears to be closing fine then it is the control board that is bad and should be replaced. Hope this helps...please post back for further assistance.

My GE Profile Advantium Microwave Oven runs (and heats) continuously. The only way to stop it from running is to open the door.

Sounds like a defective door interlock switch or a broken switch mount. If it's not a problem with the door switch or door switch mount you will need to replace the magnetron and the touch pad as well. This will fix your issue.

Please get back to us if you have further query else please accept the suggestion.

From what you say, I think it is the control panel. I looked around for the right one for your model and this is the cheapest one I found online. I know it is no fun to have broken appliances! It should be an easy fix though, as simple as switching the bad one out for a good one.

Good luck and happy Saturday!

A qualified technician needs to troubleshoot the unit and determine if the bubble-keypad has broken or the control board that 'controls' it. The control board would be my guess, and would also cost the most.

you need a volt meter to check this but if you can find you safty valve you can see if power is flowing through it by disconecting the ignitor and measuring the wire that comes to the ignitor and the other one that goes to the valve. if you have power you need to replace your saftey may allso ohm check the valve.if its open its bad
