Question about Dell Latitude D410 Notebook
My dell laptop doesn't seem to 'see' the dell external cdrom drive i connected to it. I tried it with another computer but still observed the same thing. please help me out.
It is problem with Operating system or drivers. Go to control panel, click the icon system, go to hardware tab, go to device manager, check the listing of cd/dvd drive below it something like yellow with exclamation mark. U should not install the driver. so reinstall the driver and install it
Thanks Good Luck
