Question about Panasonic PT-47WX53 47" Rear Projection HDTV

BENT PICTURE It looks like the picture is sitting on an invisible's bent upwards in the middle towards the left side. I tried the convergence and fixes the color convergence some but picture is still bent. Help Please.

You need to replace the convergence IC stk392 -110...2 resistors and a fuse. located in the deflection board of your tv and after you can press auto focus and the picture will be normal.

The picture is out of alignment and appears bent with everything showing shadowed three times

Go to menu then setup if you do not see convergence in the menu then you have a blowed Fuse FL231 will be on your deflection board over on right hand side of the FBT flyback transfomer is 3 of them in a Roll it will be the Middle fuse they look lik small brown rectrangler caps But are Fuses Call Partstore 1-866-925-7278

Colors seperate and picture bent

THIS is a convergens problum .pls. prees menu key and see convergence menu select and see cross line on center the screen select one by one colour line to meching and cross line is white see the pictur is ok.

The convergence output IC's need to be changed. A very common problem with all projection tvs.

Bent Picture at top and bottom

You have bad convergence amps.The fluid may need to be changed if the picture had a hazey look to it before the convergence went bad.

You need to have the convergence IC's replaced. A repair like this should run you about 300 bucks or so. In most places.

Distorted picture

On the middle circuit board towards rear is a metal wavy plate.On the back side(actually towards screen when looking from rear of unit),the middle screw has a ground wire(light brown) that is loose.
