Try checking tones settings. if everything is set. try opening you phone, if you can open your phone, check its buzzer of your phone it is like a small speaker... check its connections, probably it is corroaded and lost its contact thats you it wont sound. if everything is five then you have a defective buzzer and have it change to the nearest sevice center near you...

Need repairman for Elna Lotus TSP

Leaving a machine for that long unused causes this issue. The oil becomes dried out and gums up the mechanisms. The motor sounds off mostly because the grease is dry too.

It doesn't need to be an Elna mechanic... it just needs to be a GOOD sewing machine mechanic.

Screen won't light up

If your phone screen won't light up then you will need to take the phone into to a repair store unless your phone is less than a year old. All cellphones have a manufacturer's warranty or if you have insurance on the phone. If its less than a year old then take it to your provider in the store because it falls under lg to fix/replace your phone.

My 5 WEEK OLD nokia e63 won't turn on. the d-pad lights up along with the screen (black) but it won't do anything else... HELP!

Before you go to NOKIA CARE please check the battery. It may be discharge to 2.8v. If the volt is less than the phone wont start up.I've experience this kind of problem many times and I solved it by backing up the battery by eliminator. So you can try it or if you have other battery which can insert/in same type try to put it and start. Thanks for visiting fixya

I have a Uniden cordless unit hooked in 4 lines. Incoming calls ring briefly for about 1 second and go out! You can talk if you pick up but not sure why no normal rings. There is no problem calling out....

When someone calls you and your phone behaves this way, does the caller get disconnected? The phone may be causing this, but it may also be due to trouble in the telephone line itself. The trouble is caused by defective wiring, a partial short circuit. When you pick up your phone to call out, the voltage on the phone line is low and it works normally. When you get an incoming call, a high voltage is sent to ring the phone. Because of the partial short, the phone company's equipment thinks you've answered the call as soon as the ringing starts. But you haven't picked up the phone, so the phone company's equipment thinks you've hung up and disconnects the call. The result is that short burst of ringing.

Disconnect the cordless phone base unit from the line and try another phone. If you still have the trouble this confirms the line is at fault. You'll need to contact your phone service provider for service. If it's in the outside wiring, they're responsible for repair. If the problem is in your home wiring, you may need to pay them unless you have a wiring maintenance plan.

If the problem goes away when the cordless base is disconnected, then it's time for a new phone.

The manual for this phone doesn't say you can turn the answering machine on remotely, but every one I've ever seen can do so. Most of them say call your number and let the phone ring...and ring...and ring, and eventually the answering machine will turn on. Ten rings is what I've seen most often. I guess the manufacturers figure most callers will hang up fairly soon if the machine doesn't answer, so they pick a large number. Try it on your phone; worst that can happen is it won't work.

Problem is that the "new" R134 is somewhat "thinner" than the older, more reliable R12. Therefore, every seal in the entire system needs to be absolutely perfect, otherwise, it leaks out. I've even seen hoses that will bleed freon though they appear normal in every respect. Don't be tempted to add "do it yourself" freon that has sealant in it. I've never seen any of that work and further, I know it will gum up the expensive equipment repair shops use.
The problem is not isolated to GM vehicles. Therefore, switching to another make won't cure the problem. Only difference is that some, regardless of make seem to bleed off less than others. Why?
I've got no idea. Likely the dealer has gone over your system several times already and found nothing.
Reason being that it bleeds off so slowly that most leak detection equipment won't pick it up.
The most common leak area is from the front seal on the compressor. Replacing the seal or compressor is expensive and there's no guarantee that it will actually fix the problem. So, 'till someone comes up with a better refrigerant, or a way to make the system less prone to leaks, we're all pretty much stuck with it.

Sounds like a faulty injector, had the same problem about 2 years ago cost over £1500 to have new injectors fitted.

It might be worth trying some redex or similar cleaning product incase its just blocked.
