European corsas have 3 modules that contain info for imobiliser, the Instrument cluster, common for losing CAN bus comms (pull cluster out and refitting cures fault for a while), the engine ECU and also the ingnition barrel module (PAT system). obviously the ID40 chip in the key fob has to "match" with all these modules!

Where's the heating sensor of the opel corsa 1.7 dti .2008 model

The heating sensor for the heat gauge is always located near the thermostat. Follow the top radiator hose where it is connected to the engine, you will see a wire connected to a little round ******* in device. That's where the water leave the engine to be cooled off in the radiator.
Good luck.

What is the oil capacity of an Opel Corsa 1.7 DTI utility manual gearbox and what grade oil should be used

As a standard, any front wheel drive car uses ATF lubricant or better known as Automatic Transmission Fluid to lubricate it's gearbox, you can recognise it by its colour witch is deep red, an opel/vauxhall corsa/astra 1.7d/1.7di/1.7dti/1.7cdti uses ATF II, not a easy trans to fill, suggest you let a dealer do this service

A "Haynes manual" will show you where it is.best book for anyone who has a vehicle, I have one for each of my vehicles. It goes by the year and make of your vehicle and shows and tells you anything you need to know on your vehicle. You can buy one at you local auto store like advanced auto or auto zone, oriellys, etc.

My 1.8l Corsa Utility cuts out at exactly 4000 rpm while driving no matter what gear. Engine electronics, transmission electronics, immobilizer stays on constantly

Although I am not familiar with your particular engine, some have a "rev limiter" which can fail and cause your issue. Older cars had a rotor button in the distributor which would open the spark circuit when a certain speed is reached, but yours probably has and electronic limiter. Also, some ignition modules have a low speed and separate high speed module, which may have failed. May be best to let a dealer do the diagnostics, then fix the problem yourself once you know what it is.

1.9 dti opel pick up wont start

It could be an Immobilizer fault, if the spanner /car light comes on.
If you have a spare key, try it
A Flashing spanner light normally means immobiliser fault hence the non-start. The spanner light left might just be an indication that it has stored the "wrong transponder" code.
Opel will have to clear this but you might need a CIM as well that is the bit that reads the key to allow it to start.
Try the spare key if you have one

On 1.7 DTi models, a defective solenoid in the pump can cause failure of the ECU due to excessive current draw causing components to burn out. but this *should* cause other fault codes to appear.
