Question about Dell XPS M1330 Business Laptop, Crimson Red, Ultra Slim 13.3 In Widescreen WXGA, Vista Business, Int... PC Notebook
Unless you can get hold of a Linux password recovery program to reset or remove the password from the Windows Administrator's login, you will need to reinstall Windows again, the device drivers and your programs.
In this process you will lose all your data that is stored on your hard drive.
If you want to save your data before you install Windows, remove the hard drive, connect it to an USB hard drive adapter (most likely you will need power to the hard drive) and plug it into the USB port of a working computer. This computer will see it as an external hard drive, copy your data you require so you can load it back onto your computer after you installed Windows.
You can connect your hard drive into a working computer on the 2nd IDE controller, then you can see this drive and copy your data files.

Computer administrator account passwords can only be deleted or removed during the first inital installation of your operating system
If you want to delete the administrator account then you'll need to fully reinstall your Operating System and dont enable administrator accounts in the installation
You could disable the password by not inputting a password during the reinstallation.
If you would not want to try a re-installation of your OS then you'll need to create another user account and make it an administrator account without putting a password.
With the new created administrator account, you can delete your administrator account or make any changes you require from it.
Click start, Control Panel, then User Accounts
Click create a new user account, type in the name and select the administrator account and click next
This will give you a new administrator account without a password. Then you can delete the former account that has a password with the newly created administrator account without a password
