Open Question

How do I use the monopod from the XC525C Carbon Fiber Tripod. There are no instructions on how to assemble and attch the camera/lens to the monopod once unscrewed from the tripod.

The thread that attaches the monopod to the tripod doesn't seem to fit with the thread of the camera or lens.

SOURCE: How to Unscrew SLIK tripod head from the rest of tripod?

Below the tripod head you will see what looks like a "sandwich" of two chromed pieces of metal.  The lower one is the top of the tripod's center column.  The upper one is the bottom of the tripod head. Using wrenches or other tools, unscrew the upper one counterclockwise to separate it from the lower one. There is a 1/4" threaded stud which holds them together.
If you plan on replacing the head with a pro head like a Manfrotto, you will need a reducing bushing.  Most heads expect a 3/8" stud, and this tripod's thread is a standard 1/4" stud. The adapters are available through Wolf, Adorama, B&H, and the like.

SOURCE: need manual for kodak Gear Tripod 60'' or instructions about it's

Look at the bottom of your camera and you should see a hole where a screw would screw into. That should be the screw on the top of your tripod.

Is this new to you William?

The legs don't have a slide, they are twist-lock legs. Or do you need spare parts? In which case try Henry's.

Leg stuck on Manfrotto 732CY tripod

Other than the leg locks themselves, sometimes Manfrotto expands the last portion of the leg tube that slides into the leg tube above it. If you need some spare parts you can find them here.

How much weight will the Velbon Victory 250 Tripod hold

The tripod will certainly hold your Canon camera and lens. However the limiting factor is the head. Without knowing the head you have mounted on the tripod I'm afraid I can't tell you whether it would hold your camera and lens.
